pdfWILD Pants Party Shows Acceptance Is On-trend

On Friday, January 25, hundreds of guests filled the Grand Court at The Gardens Mall to watch local businessmen, philanthropists, and clients from The Arc of Palm Beach County slay the runway for the 9th annual WILD Pants Party. The evening’s “fashion models” threw caution to the wind with bright and bold outfits to raise money for the nonprofit.

At the end of the fashion show, the models sported T-shirts featuring the word “acceptance.” The Arc is launching a “share acceptance” movement to inspire empathy and support inclusivity.

The top fundraiser, Richard Gaff, was crowned king and proudly displayed his championship belt to the crowd. The event raised $60,000 to help fund programs and services at The Arc of Palm Beach County for people with disabilities, and their families.
